Pryor Cashman Represents Wilmington Trust, National Association in American Gilsonite Bankruptcy

Pryor Cashman has been retained as counsel to Wilmington Trust, National Association, as indenture trustee to $270 million in second lien notes issued by American Gilsonite Company, Inc. (“AGC”), in the AGC bankruptcy case. AGC, the world’s principal commercial miner and processor of the mineral uintaite (marketed under its trademark name “Gilsonite”), and certain of its affiliates, filed for bankruptcy on October 24, 2016 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
