Schulman Receives Ronald McDonald House Hope Award
Pryor Cashman Partner Kenneth Schulman was honored by Ronald McDonald House New York as a recipient of its 2013 Hope Award for his distinguished quality leadership and dedication as a volunteer of Ronald McDonald House New York.
Ronald McDonald House provides temporary housing for pediatric cancer patients and their families and is the largest facility of its type in the world. The Hope Awards, which began in 2008, is the highest award and recognition the organization can bestow upon a volunteer. “Hope” was chosen as the name for this award to represent optimism, faith, promise and positive expectation. According to the 35 year old charity, “It is the main attribute that our corps of volunteers use to help the children and families we serve.” The first recipient of the Hope Award was Ronald McDonald House New York Founder, Vivian Harris.
The Hope Awards were presented on April 23, 2013, during National Volunteer Week.
