Two Pryor Cashman Clients Launch New Restaurants
Pryor Cashman’s Restaurant, Food and Beverage Practice Group has been actively preparing for the start of the new fall restaurant season.
Earlier this week, internationally recognized Peruvian chef and firm client, Gaston Acurio, opened La Mar – his first foray in New York City, located at the old Tabla space on Madison Park. In addition, Mitchell Krupp, Richard Jacobson and Michael Brown, owners of the first NAKEDpizza franchised in New York City, opened this week to tremendous Facebook and Twitter fanfare. Richard Frazer, Chair of Pryor Cashman’s Restaurant, Food and Beverage Group, attended La Mar’s and NAKEDpizza’s grand openings.
The Restaurant Group is also pleased to announce the following:
- A successful negotiation with Madison Square Garden to offer its fans Hill Country Barbecue’s products at concession stands in the arena
- Working with cookbook/TV celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito on a number of new projects
- New clients, including commonly owned, rapidly expanding, New York Mexican restaurant chains, Toloache and Yerba Buena
- Assisting in successfully obtaining liquor license victories for restaurant clients E&E Grill House and The Beagle
- Firm client, Havana Central, signing two leases, negotiated by Pryor Cashman, to expand the Manhattan-based, Cuban nightclub themed, restaurant’s presence to the new Ridge Hill Mall in Westchester and Roosevelt Field Mall on Long Island, NY
