Philippe Zylberg is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Intellectual Property, Litigation, and Media & Entertainment Groups. He works with brand owners to secure and enforce their IP rights around the world, focusing on trademark rights and the protection of domestic and international portfolios.
Philippe’s practice includes all facets of trademark portfolio management. He handles searches and opinions, filings, prosecutions, due diligence, licensing, the acquisition and enforcement of rights, and opposition and cancellation actions. He also represents clients in Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings.
Companies of all sizes and multinational corporations seeking to secure and exploit their U.S. and global intellectual property interests rely on Philippe to provide proactive legal advice. His international clientele includes a broad cross-section of U.S. and foreign-based businesses and individuals from the entertainment, retail, fashion, health and beauty, food products and services, construction, and real estate sectors.
