Senior Counsel Stephen Rodner, a member of Pryor Cashman’s Media & Entertainment and Intellectual Property Groups, authored the New York Law Journal article entitled, “Reflections on an Interesting Year in Entertainment Law" which appeared in the January 25, 2016 issue.

In the article, Rodner discusses his favorite cases of 2015, including:

• Good Morning to You Productions v. Warner Chappell Music (U.S. District Court for the Central District of California), a case concerning the song, “Happy Birthday to You.”
• Garcia v. Google (U.S Court of Appeals for the 9^th Circuit) a case concerning an actress in what turned out to be an anti-Muslim film.

In addition to the above, Rodner discusses other interesting cases that were decided in 2015.
