Partner Ronald Kremnitzer Quoted in Real Deal Article About N.Y. Commercial Real Estate Market

The October 3, 2008 issue of The Real Deal featured an article entitled “No Real Spark From Macklowe Resales” discussing what impact, if any, the sell-off of Harry Macklowe’s Midtown portfolio would have on New York's commercial real estate market.
Partner Ronald Kremnitzer, co-chair of Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate group, was interviewed for the article and told The Real Deal that the Wall Street meltdown could wipe away any momentum in the building sales market in New York, stating “It’s as if you had a flood and you're breathing a sigh of relief, but now the dam is breached again.”
