Partner Dennis Sughrue, a member of Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate Group, represented CBWB BKLYN LLC in securing a $74.17 Million financing package for a proposed 254-room hotel and retail complex to be built in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn.

Deutsche Bank will be providing CBWB with a $47.76 million building loan, a $16.43 million senior loan and a $9.98 million project loan.
