Pryor Cashman represented Emigrant Bank in connection with a $20,500,000 mortgage loan to affiliates of Brookfield Property Partners. The loan was made in connection with the acquisition of four retail properties encompassing nearly 24,000 square feet of space across numerous storefronts in Manhattan's West Village neighborhood; specifically 350, 367-369, 382-384 and 387 Bleecker Street.

Representing Emigrant Bank on the transaction, which closed on April 19, 2018, were Ronald B. Kremnitzer, co-chair of Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate Group, along with Joseph L. Brasile, Samson R. Bechhofer and Benjamin J. Teig, all of whom are partners in the firm's nationally-recognized Real Estate Group.
