Pryor Cashman Represents Ladies Mile, LLC in Major Refinancing and in NYC Leases to Barclays, Eataly and Datorama
Pryor Cashman represented Ladies Mile, LLC in several transactions to lease-up the available office space of its building located at 43 West 23rd Street in Manhattan. These transactions included the leasing of:
- The 2nd and 6th floors to Barclays Services Corporation
- The 7th floor to Eataly USA LLC
- The 8th floor to Datorama Inc.
These leases were the culmination of an earlier $30 million interim financing package made by JPMorgan Chase to Ladies Mile for various upgrades and improvements to the building and these floors as they became available. These efforts by Ladies Mile, LLC, which were coordinated and planned with the assistance of Pryor Cashman, helped attract these quality tenants and greatly enhanced the cash flows and value of the building.
Promptly after finalizing the last of these leases, Pryor Cashman represented Ladies Mile, LLC in a $40 million refinancing of this same building. The refinancing closed on April 12, 2016.
