Pryor Cashman Represents Titan Capital ID, LLC Funds in $10 Million Mortgage Loan to 90-75 Sutphin Realty LLC
Pryor Cashman represented Titan Capital ID, LLC in connection with a $10 million mortgage loan to 90-75 Sutphin Realty LLC. Titan is a direct private mortgage lender specializing in the origination of short-term commercial real estate loans and bridge financing.
The loan was made to finance the acquisition of 90-75 Sutphin Boulevard in Jamaica, Queens, a commercial development site comprised of a maximum floor area of approximately 179,000 square feet. The site, located in downtown Jamaica and known as “Station Plaza,” is part of the City’s strategic plan to revitalize the area by widening Archer Avenue and creating pedestrian plazas near the Air Train servicing John F. Kennedy International Airport.
Representing Titan on the transaction which closed on March 24, 2015 were Partner Joseph Brasile, Counsel Neil Weisbard, and Associate Brian Helweil, all from Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate Group.
