Pryor Cashman represented its client, 148-150 Spring Realty, LLC (a Craig Wood company), in the acquisition of a four-story, 6,000 s/f commercial loft building in SoHo at 150 Spring Street for $8.45 million. In addition to prime ground floor retail space, the building has a useable basement and 1,600 square feet of unused air rights.

Real Estate partner Thomas J. Malmud handled the transaction for 148-50 Spring Realty, LLC.
