Rebecca Mandel is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Litigation Group.
Rebecca’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including entertainment, media, business, real estate, and intellectual property litigation. She represents diverse clients, including prominent figures and companies in the music and entertainment industries. Rebecca has experience with all aspects of litigation and has represented clients in both federal and state court actions and arbitrations.
Rebecca externed for the Honorable Elizabeth Allen White at the Superior Court of California, gaining valuable insight into the judicial decision-making process and courtroom practice. During her clinical externship with the Loyola Center for Conflict Resolution, she became a certified mediator in compliance with the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act. In this role, Rebecca worked directly with parties to resolve a broad range of disputes, further strengthening her ability to guide clients toward practical, solution-oriented outcomes.
Additionally, during law school Rebecca’s hard work was rewarded with numerous awards, including Outstanding First Year Brief Award and the Continuing Education of the Bar Award for Excellence in Legal Research and Writing. She was also selected to serve as a writing tutor in the Teacher Assistant Seminar, an invitation-only program for distinguished students.
