Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Law
Pryor Cashman Partner Richard Levy, Jr., a member of the firm's Bankruptcy, Reorganization + Creditors’ Rights, Litigation, Banking + Finance, and Investment Management Groups, taught a concentrated, live 25-hour course on Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Law on March 12-16, 2024, to a class of students enrolled in Syracuse University College of Law’s JDinteractive online degree program, during the students’ end-of-term in-person residency week in Los Angeles.
The course included guest lectures from two U.S. Bankruptcy Judges (Hon. Patrick A. Radel, Utica, NY, and Hon. Mindy A. Mora, West Palm Beach, FL), and three bankruptcy practitioners, and a visit to the Los Angeles division of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California to observe bankruptcy court proceedings.
Rich, who is a Syracuse Law alumnus, is a Distinguished Lecturer in Law in the law school’s JDinteractive program.
