Douglas Development & Atlas Restaurant Group Will Open Two Restaurants in D.C.’s Moxy Hotel

Under a Restaurant Management Agreement prepared and successfully negotiated by Richard Frazer, Co-Chair of Pryor Cashman’s Restaurant, Food + Beverage Group, on behalf of Douglas Development Corporation, Baltimore’s Atlas Restaurant Group will make its Washington D.C. debut next spring with two dining destinations inside the Moxy Hotel. This is the first partnership between Atlas and the Moxy Hotel building’s owner, Douglas Development.    

Atlas’ first D.C. restaurant will occupy part of the first two floors and courtyard of the restored Victorian-era building next to the Hotel. A second glass-enclosed restaurant will be unveiled on the top of the building. Douglas Development, which is based in Washington, D.C., currently has a portfolio of 300 properties totaling more than 10 million square feet of leasable space in the Washington D.C metro area.
