Simon Shahinian is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Hotel + Hospitality and Real Estate Litigation Practices, where he represents clients in a wide range of complex disputes.

Simon provides legal counsel to a variety of clients in the real estate and hospitality sectors. His practice focuses on litigating complex commercial disputes. Simon also has extensive experience with antitrust litigation, securities litigation, and bankruptcy litigation.

Before joining Pryor Cashman, Simon was a litigation associate at another major New York firm. While in law school, he served as the Symposium Editor for the Journal of Constitutional Law, overseeing two symposiums: “The Constitution Outside the Courts” and “The Past, Present, and Future of Presidential Elections.”
