This year Rachel E. Shaw became the first Black female partner in Pryor Cashman history. Rachel's promotion to partner was highlighted by ALM Media and Law.com in a special report. In conjunction with her feature in a profile titled "How I Made Partner: As the Firm's 1st Black Female Partner, Rachel Shaw of Pryor Cashman Shattered the Glass Ceiling," Shaw states: "Always be the most prepared person in the room. Everyone, including your superiors, will take notice."
