In this presentation, Camilla Perera De Wit and William Charron introduce the Court of Arbitration for Art (CAfA) which is administered by the Netherland Arbitration Institute in The Hague and which offers alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as arbitration and mediation for art-related disputes.
