Digital light images of endangered species as well as images relating to man’s relationship to the planet were projected onto St. Peter’s Basilica on December 10, 2015. A similar event was held on August 1, 2015 where images of endangered species were projected onto the Empire State Building in an event meant to draw attention to the creatures’ plight and provide footage for the documentary “Racing Extinction.”

Counsels Anne S. Atkinson, W. Wilder Knight II and F. Robert Stein, members of Pryor Cashman’s Media & Entertainment and Intellectual Property Groups, were counsel and responsible for many of the contracts behind these events. Knight is also an associate producer on the film.
