He has extensive experience representing clients in connection with the acquisition, financing, structuring, development, and disposition of real property across a wide variety of asset classes, including hotels and hospitality venues, office buildings, retail shopping centers, storage facilities, multi-family properties, and condominiums. His clients include developers, owner-operators, private equity funds, REITs, publicly traded corporations, banks, and non-institutional lenders.

Ari’s recent experience includes representing:                

• A private equity fund in connection with its acquisition, financing, and disposition of hotel assets located in New York City, Pittsburgh, New Orleans and Fairfax.
• An institutional lender in connection with its granting of construction financing for the development of the Virgin Hotel located in the NoMad neighborhood of New York City.
• The owner of a development site in Austin, Texas, in connection with the obtaining of mortgage financing and preferred equity investments to fund the development of luxury branded townhomes and apartments.
• A private equity fund in connection with obtaining of construction financing for the development of residential condominium towers located on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. 
• A family-owned real estate company in connection with the refinancings of its portfolio of multi-family properties located in the New York City, Miami, and Dallas metropolitan areas.
• A private equity fund in connection with its granting of construction financing for the development of a condominium building in Brooklyn, New York.
• A corporation in connection with its acquisition of and joint venture partnership for a hotel located in Clearwater, Florida. 
• A private equity fund in connection with the acquisition and financing of a portfolio of shopping centers located in the mid-Atlantic region.
