Ari L. Tran

Pryor Cashman represented Emigrant Realty Finance, LLC in connection with a loan in excess of $28 million made to a private New York City construction lender. 

The transaction, which closed in May 2016, will help to partially finance the development and construction of a new mixed-use condominium project in the vibrant Park Slope section of Brooklyn, New York.  The project will feature luxury residential units, retail space, community facility space and above-grade parking. 

Representing Emigrant Realty on the transaction were Partners Ronald Kremnitzer, co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate Group, and Joseph Brasile, along with Associates Ari Tran and Brian Helweil, all members of Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate Group.
