Pryor Cashman LLP is currently seeking a 3rd – 4th year creditor’s rights litigation associate.
The successful candidate has state court litigation experience, including with respect to both residential and commercial property foreclosure actions and with respect to commercial collection actions. Candidates should also have experience enforcing mortgages and other security interests in New York. Experience with loan workouts, Article 9 foreclosure proceedings, and mortgage loan purchase and sale transactions is a plus.

BILLING COORDINATOR
The Billing Coordinator is responsible for the accurate preparation, review and submission of firm invoices including manual electronic billings. Maintain billing files and keep up to date billing arrangements and instructions. Assist Billing Partners with the administration of unbilled inventory.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compile and process attorney bills on a monthly basis.
- Track Proformas to ensure timely and accurate billing
- Review and edit pre-bills as requested by attorneys and secretaries.
- Monitor aged unbilled inventory and ensure timely billing submissions.
- Apply retainer/on-account funds in accordance with attorney instructions and firm policy.
- Process write-offs following firm guidelines.

BILLING COORDINATOR (IMMIGRATION)
The Billing Coordinator is responsible for the accurate preparation, review, and submission of client invoices for the firm’s immigration practice, including manual and electronic billing. This role ensures compliance with client billing guidelines, maintains billing records, and supports attorneys and clients with all billing-related matters. The Billing Coordinator will also assist attorneys with the management of unbilled inventory, retainer balances, and immigration-specific billing requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

LEGAL RECRUITING COORDINATOR
The Legal Recruiting Coordinator will coordinate all activities and processes related to on-campus recruiting during each recruiting season. This position collaborates closely with the Legal Recruiting Manager in all phases of recruiting efforts for new attorneys and summer associates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner closely with the Legal Recruiting Manager to execute 1L and 2L student recruiting efforts.
- Coordinate law student interview schedules, including sending calendar invitations and confirmation communications with students and attorneys.
- Assist with strategy and logistical coordination for law school recruiting initiatives and the firm’s summer associate program.
- Perform administrative tasks related to recruiting, including maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and updating recruiting reports and charts.
- Serve as a firm liaison with search firms, law students, and career services professionals.
- Propose, plan, and execute initiatives toward firm visibility with respect to law students.
- Support lateral associate hiring efforts by posting open positions and coordinating interview logistics, including scheduling meetings, setting up video conferencing, reserving conference rooms, and preparing interview materials.
