Pryor Cashman Represents ChinaSoft in Acquisition of Catapult Systems
Pryor Cashman represented ChinaSoft International Limited in connection with its acquisition of Catapult Systems, LLCfor an aggregate cash consideration of US $41million plus additional consideration upon satisfaction of certain post closing events.
ChinaSoft is a large China based comprehensive software and information services provider listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (SEHK: 354). Catapult Systems is a premier Microsoft-focused consulting company headquartered in Austin, Texas.
The transaction closed on November 25, 2013.
