Clare Tilton is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Litigation Group.
Clare’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and government investigations. She has represented clients in federal and state courts in securities, real estate, bankruptcy, business tort, and fiduciary duty matters.
She has also dedicated time to representing pro bono clients, including in anti-discrimination and reproductive rights matters.
While in law school, Clare served as the Articles Editor of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review and as the Alumnae Chair of the Columbia Law Women's Association.
