Pryor Cashman represented Soleus Capital in connection with Bridge to Life Ltd.’s recent $110 million Series C and debt financing. Soleus Capital led the equity financing, along with Lauxera Capital Partners, and provided the debt financing through the Soleus Capital Credit Opportunities Fund.

The financing will support the commercial rollout of Bridge to Life's VitaSmart™ Hypothermic Oxygenated Perfusion (HOPE) System by expanding its field team and providing the working capital necessary to reach all U.S. transplant centers, as well as provide a proprietary viability assessment tool, broaden its organ preservation portfolio, and scale global operations. Proceeds from the financing were also used to refinance the company’s credit facility with Perceptive Credit Funds.

Soleus Capital Partner Ben Lund stated:

"We led this financing because Bridge to Life pairs an established preservation franchise with a newly FDA-cleared perfusion platform that is already rapidly being adopted in the field, and with a credible pipeline behind it — this is a combination we believe is unmatched in the transplant category."
