Dara N. Smith is a member of the Banking + Finance Group.

Dara represents investment banks, institutional investors, mutual funds, commercial banks, and corporations in connection with mezzanine financings, bank financings, syndicated institutional loans, asset-backed loans, and other financing transactions.

She also maintains an active pro bono practice and continues to serve as a mentor to teenagers and young adults interested in pursuing a legal career.

Dara was previously a finance associate at other major law firms, was an associate in the Finance Division at Morgan Stanley, and was an in-house law clerk for Altria Client Services, Inc.
