Desiree Goldfinger will be a guest lecturer at the George Washington University Law School, where she will teach law students a course on Business Immigration 101. This course discusses the theory and application of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Removal, obtaining visas, political asylum, adjustment of status, naturalization, and other issues are also part of the course curriculum.
