Elina Shakhnevich is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Immigration Group.

She counsels clients in the pharmaceutical, professional sports, fashion and technology industries on complex immigration matters, including the acquisition of temporary work authorizations and permanent residence for executives, managers, scientists, researchers, artists, designers, athletes and other highly-talented professionals. 

Academic Achievements 

While a student at Brooklyn Law School, Elina served as Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. She also interned with the school’s Safe Harbor Clinic, where she represented clients seeking asylum in the United States.
