Erica Allegretta is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Immigration Group, where she counsels clients on a wide range of U.S. immigrant and non-immigrant employment matters.
Erica also provides guidance on addressing the changing immigration climate, trends within the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and reported changes and trends within the Department of Labor.
Pro Bono + Academic Achievements
Working in conjunction with Immigration Equality and Safe Passage, two organizations that provide free legal services to persons in need, Erica has advised individuals on asylum petitions.
Additionally, while in law school she served as a law clerk with the Community Legal Aid Society, assisting victims of domestic violence and other crimes in petitioning for visas, and was also an editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal.
