Eugenia Joe is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Immigration Group, where her practice focuses on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories for corporate and individual clients.
She has experience working with clients in various industries and evolving immigration needs. Previously, she was an immigration paralegal at both Pryor Cashman and another major New York law firm, with nearly 10 years of paralegal experience.
During law school, Eugenia served as a student attorney in the Immigration and Non-Citizens’ Rights Clinic, working on affirmative and defensive asylum cases under the supervision of a licensed attorney; she attended law school part-time while working full-time as an immigration paralegal.
