Pryor Cashman Partner Erica Howard-Potter, a member of the Private Client Group and Trusts + Estates Practice, is participating in the American Bar Association Tax Section 2024 May Tax Meeting.

Erica is presenting a CLE program, “Navigating Multistate Estate and Inheritance Tax Opportunities and Pitfalls,” that “will explore the particulars of state estate and inheritance taxes in four representative states, including how these taxes are imposed on nonresidents, ways to mitigate or eliminate these taxes and traps for the unwary as well as provide some drafting tips for planning with multistate clients.”
