Pryor Cashman Partner James Sammataro, co-head of the M+E Litigation practice, will be speaking on a panel, "Comparative Legal and Business Issues Surrounding Biopics and Docudramas," at the MLRC’s Conference on Legal Issues of Concern for Hispanic and Latin American Media in Miami, Florida.

Together with Diana Palacios (Davis Wright Tremaine) and Adrianna Rodriguez from TelevisaUnivision, the panel will undertake a practical discussion of vetting fact-based stories and surrounding libel and privacy issues, and discuss the limits of dramatization, and the utility and importance of life rights.
