Hot Topics in Intellectual Property Law CLE Seminar
Partner Dyan Finguerra-DuCharme, a member of Pryor Cashman’s Intellectual Property and Litigation Groups, will be co-hosting the New York Intellectual Property Law Association’s (NYIPLA) upcoming CLE seminar, “Hot Topics in Intellectual Property Law” to be held on July 15, 2015. Finguerra-DuCharme is Co-Chair of the NYIPLA Trademark Law & Practice Committee.
The keynote address will be given by Chief Judge Gerard F. Rogers of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, following which there will be presentations by top professionals from law firms, the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the private sector. Partner Teresa Lee, a member of Pryor Cashman’s Intellectual Property Group, will be speaking on the topic, “Tips on Prosecution from a Former Trademark Examining Attorney.”
