This 90-minute program will go beyond the basics to address some of the most nuanced and often overlooked rules in the preparation and review of IRS Form 709. Topics will include the adequate disclosure rules, gift tax versus GST tax splitting, reporting gifts subject to an ETIP, DSUE application by a surviving spouse, and GST allocation elections.

The course offers up to 1.5 General CLE credit hours (60-min states) or 1.8 credit hours (50-min states), pending approval.
