Pryor Cashman Partner James Sammataro, co-chair of the Music Group and Media + Entertainment Litigation Practice, participated in the Florida Bar’s International Law Section (ILS) conference, iLaw 2023: The ILS Global Forum on International Law.

James was part of a panel discussion, “NFTs Aren’t Going Anywhere, and Neither Are the Lawsuits,” that examined the surge of interest in non-fungible tokens (NFTs), “one of the biggest trends in the market despite sales outside of the art market’s traditional galleries and auction houses on NFT platforms.”
