Pryor Cashman Partner Simon Pulman, Co-Chair of the Media + Entertainment and Film, TV + Podcast Groups, will moderate the panel “Play by Play: Building a Franchise” at UGCon 2026.

The session will explore how leading creators and studios are building enduring intellectual property through licensing, consumer products, media partnerships, storytelling, and cross-platform expansion. Topics will include the evolution of Roblox games into global entertainment brands, the opportunities and challenges of franchise development, and the future of creator-led entertainment ecosystems.

Simon will be joined by panelists Katelynn Duffel Heil of Voldex, Joe Jurbala of Dandy’s World, and Richard Haines of Adopt Me!. Pryor Cashman Counsel Joshua M. Greenberg, a member of the firm Media + Entertainment Group, will also attend the conference.
