Pryor Cashman Of Counsel Laure Sawaya, a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group, will be a featured panelist at the 2025 Paris Fashion Law Conference, a premier event bringing together leading experts to explore the intersection of fashion, law, and innovation.

Laure will speak on the panel titled “Fast Fashion: A Comparative Analysis of the Regulatory Framework”, which will examine the significant legal challenges posed by the fast fashion industry. The session will cover key issues such as labor law violations, environmental regulations, intellectual property concerns, evolving tariffs, and the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the industry.

The panel will also analyze the differences in how the United States and the European Union are addressing these challenges through legislation.
