Partner Jeffrey C. Johnson, a member of Pryor Cashman’s Corporate Group, was a speaker at the Shandong – Global Mergers & Acquisitions Conference held in Jinan City, Shandong Province, China, September 14-15, 2011.

Shandong, a coastal province of eastern China and one of the most developed provinces in all of China, is committed to improving global economic exchange. Thus, the Shandong provincial government sponsored this “Global Mergers & Acquisitions” conference.

Experts, professionals, and scholars, including Johnson, were invited from the United States to participate and provide insight into the current conditions for advancing “Global Mergers & Acquisitions” between China and the U.S.

Attendees met with provincial leaders, attended Shandong’s mergers & acquisition conference, gained an understanding of the next development initiatives that Shandong will undertake and met with local companies to explore potential cooperative opportunities and share their expertise regarding mergers & acquisitions.
