Pryor Cashman Partners Joshua Weigensberg,  a member of the Litigation and Media + Entertainment Groups, and Felicity Kohn, a member of the Litigation, Intellectual Property, and Media + Entertainment Groups, participated in the Hot Topics in Trademark & Copyright Law CLE Session hosted by The New York Intellectual Property Law Association (NYIPLA).

Josh was the moderator for the panel “Report From the Front Lines of AI,” which explored the role of in-house attorneys addressing pioneering AI issues across various industries, encompassing intellectual property, data security, and interactions with third-party vendors and content contributors.

Felicity was a panelist for “How to Protect Fashion Through IP,” which addressed how to use copyright and trade dress law to protect fashion designs. Felicity’s presentation covered the fundamentals of design protection, along with the intersection of art and fashion as it arises in both copyright and trademark law.
