Pryor Cashman Partner Maria Fernanda Gandarez, who is a member of the firm’s Immigration Group and heads up its Global Mobility Group, and Associate Elisabeth A. Meddin co-wrote an article for Law360 about an update to the European Union’s electronic border and security management systems.

“What Cos. Can Expect From Electronic EU Border Controls” examines proposed updates to the EU’s Entry/Exit System (EES) and the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS), which are expected to go into effect in early 2023.
