Pryor Cashman Client Galaxy Payroll Group Limited Completes IPO and Lists on Nasdaq
On September 13, 2024, Pryor Cashman client Galaxy Payroll Group Limited (Nasdaq CM: GLXG), a British Virgin Islands company (“Galaxy”), consummated its initial public offering of ordinary shares, which began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “GLXG”, on September 12, 2024. Galaxy raised gross proceeds of $7 million in the IPO at a public offering price at $4.00 per share.
Based in Hong Kong, Galaxy provides payroll outsourcing services, employment services, consultancy, and market research services. The offering was underwritten by R.F. Lafferty & Co., Inc.
Pryor Cashman Partner Elizabeth Chen, chair of the firm’s China practice, and Associate Yingkai Luo, both members of the firm’s nationally-ranked Corporate Group, advised Galaxy on the IPO.
