Yingkai Luo is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Corporate Group, and his practice focuses on corporate and international law.

Yingkai attends to domestic and international companies, to which he provides legal guidance on corporate and securities matters. He is particularly experienced in matters involving Chinese businesses. 

Yingkai advises clients across a range of public and private securities transactions, including initial public offerings, primary and secondary offerings, private placements and debt financings. He also has experience navigating various matters of general corporate law such as licensing arrangements, joint ventures negotiations, research and development agreements and other contracts. 

He is a native speaker of both Mandarin and Shanghainese.
