Pryor Cashman represented China Jo-Jo Drugstores, Inc., a leading retailer and wholesale distributor of pharmaceutical and healthcare products in China (Nasdaq: “CJJD”) in connection with its private placement of 4,840,000 shares of common stock for aggregate gross proceeds of $10,648,000 with one institutional investor.

The transaction closed on January 23, 2017.
