U.S. Regulatory & Compliance Orientation Program
Pryor Cashman Partner Jeffrey Alberts, who co-heads the firm’s Financial Institutions Group, is speaking at the U.S. Regulatory & Compliance Orientation Program, presented by the Institute of International Bankers (IIB).
Jeff is moderating a panel discussion, “What to Expect From an Examination and How to Prepare,” which will feature representatives from several regulatory agencies.
The panel is part of a daylong IIB program that is “designed to provide a broad, explanatory overview of the regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to the U.S. operations of internationally headquartered banks, together with practical insights regarding preparing for and dealing with the examination process.”
