Jeffrey Snow, a member of Pryor Cashman’s Intellectual Property, Litigation, and Digital Media Groups, will be a panelist at the National SBIR/STTR Conference at the Gaylord Convention Center in Washington, D.C., May 22-25, 2016.
Topics to be discussed at the conference include:
- Options in protecting intellectual property with patents, trade secrets, trademarks and copyrights
- Understanding SBIR/STTR data rights via FAR/DFAR
- The Bayh-Dole Act
- Strategies around international protection.
Snow will be a panelist for the discussion of “ Intellectual Property and Data Rights Issues-Domestic & Global Perspectives.”
