Pryor Cashman Partner Joshua Weigensberg, a member of the Litigation and Media + Entertainment Groups, participated in the Copyright X AI-Generated Music event, presented by the University of Florida Levin College of Law’s Entertainment and Sports Law Society.

Josh was a panelist discussing many of the legal and business implications of generative artificial intelligence in the music industry, including issues raised by generative AI about copyright ownership, infringement, and licensing.
