Pryor Cashman recently represented Electronic Cigarettes International Group, Ltd, a global marketer and distributor of electronic cigarette and vapor products, in connection with a capital raise yielding gross proceeds of approximately $41.2 million. The financing involved the issuance of term notes and warrants to purchase common stock of the company. The proceeds were used to repay existing indebtedness of the company and for general working capital purposes. The transaction closed on April 27, 2015.
