Lazar Sterling-Jackson is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Litigation Group.
Lazar’s practice focuses on commercial and business litigation, representing clients in their complex disputes in state and federal courts, bankruptcy court, and private arbitration and mediation. He represents clients in the banking, hedge fund, private equity, advertising, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries, in addition to high-net-worth individuals.
Among other areas, Lazar advises clients regarding Delaware and New York corporate law, including shareholders’ rights and employment, separation, confidentiality, membership interest, and entity governance agreements. He also represents clients throughout the course of investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other federal, state, and local agencies.
Previously, he was a litigation associate at other New York law firms and a judicial intern for the New York State Supreme Court.
