Pryor Cashman Advises Huntington Coach in Sale to Beacon Mobility, an Audax Private Equity Portfolio Company
Pryor Cashman client Huntington Coach, a provider of school bus and special education transportation to school districts on Long Island, as well as camps and private schools, was acquired by Beacon Mobility.
Huntington Coach is comprised of four companies—Huntington Coach Corporation, Huntington Coach, LLC, Hendrickson Bus Corporation, and Dell Transportation Corp.—which together operate a combined fleet of approximately 1,000 buses and vans and service 25 school districts.
Beacon Mobility’s acquisition of Huntington Coach continues its expansion in Long Island, including its acquisition of Pryor Cashman client WE Transport, Inc. in 2021.
The representation of Huntington Coach was led by Corporate Group Partner Lawrence Spector.
