Meghan Lenahan is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Immigration Group and has been practicing immigration law for nearly a decade
She advises companies in a wide range of industries, including, but not limited to, health care, film & TV, music, technology, food & beverage, and financial services. Meghan offers a variety of legal services, including advising employers and human resources departments on immigration strategy and compliance with immigration laws and regulations. She has experience counseling clients on I-9 and E-Verify requirements. She regularly provides guidance to foreign nationals on maintenance of status and long-term immigration strategy and planning. Meghan is well versed in preparing a wide variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including business and family-based petitions and applications.
