Pryor Cashman client Cartier North America together with luxury watch retailer Tourneau LLC blasted an antitrust and contract suit by French fashion house Chanel Inc. Chanel claims, per the Law360 article, "Tourneau, Cartier Take Aim At Chanel In Antitrust Watch War" that its boutique was unlawfully forced out of Tourneau’s flagship Manhattan store. Both Cartier and Tourneau claim the agreement was properly terminated.
